Terms of Membership
Our active members with the Annual Supreme package enjoy a special 20% discount for their child’s party. With the Annual Supreme subscription, this discount is valid throughout the year.
Membership cards are strictly non-transferable and are linked to one adult who can only use them for their own children. Our team has the right to request corresponding documents.
Reservations remain mandatory for members to ensure availability. The unused visits cannot be transferred to the next month.
All memberships will be automatically charged with a mandatory 3-month commitment before cancellation.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but after cancellation, the subscription can only be reacquired 3 months after the cancellation date.
Any misuse, such as sharing with others, will result in the immediate termination of the membership.
All personal data will be processed in accordance with the PURA VIDA Privacy Policy, available on the website. Members consent to the collection and processing of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.
