We offer a semi-private play experience, ensuring your child enjoys the space without crowds. Each session lasts 2 hours and is available by reservation only, which can be made in just three clicks! Your child’s safety is our priority.
Our professional entertainers supervise and engage the kids in fun, age-appropriate activities. Additionally, we sanitize the space after every session and perform a deep clean every night, so you can relax knowing your little one is playing in a clean and safe environment.

How does hourly play work at Pura Vida indoor playground?
Hourly play allows children to enjoy our playground for a set period of 2 hours according to our play slots schedule: 10:00-12:00, 12:00-14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00. We set the time slots schedule in order to provide a solid entertainment program for the kids.
How do I book Hourly Play?
We recommend booking your playtime in advance through our website. The booking process is easy and fast. Simply choose your preferred date and time, and select the Hourly Play option. You’ll receive a booking confirmation once your payment is processed. Spontaneous walk-in booking is a subject of availability.
How much does Hourly Play cost?
Our hourly play rate is €25 per 2-hour play slot per child. This is a special opening price and it may change in future. Discounts may apply for families with 2 children and groups of 15 children who may be friends or classmates. Additionally we provide monthly membership packages with a discount up to 20%.
How does the Simplifica discount work?
To thank and support families living in Madeira, Pura Vida offers a 40% discount on some of our services — those marked with a star (*) next to the price on our website.
The discount is valid upon presentation of the child’s Simplifica card.
At check-in, simply show the valid card — we’ll record its number and apply the corresponding discount.
What if my child doesn’t have the Simplifica card? Can I still get the discount?
The discount is applied only upon presentation of the child’s valid Simplifica card.
If your child does not yet have the card, Simplifica cards belonging to parents, relatives, or expired cards are not valid for obtaining the discount — in that case, the regular price will apply.
However, it’s possible to apply for a Simplifica card for your child. To check eligibility and learn how to apply, please visit the official website: https://simplifica.madeira.gov.pt/
Pura Vida is not involved in the issuing process or approval decisions — we simply apply the discount based on the presentation of a valid card.
What should my child bring for hourly play?
Your child will need to wear comfortable clothes covering the legs (for example, trousers, shorts or leggings) and special non-slip socks to play. Don’t worry if you don’t have the non-slip socks at home, you can purchase them in our reception.
*We also recommend bringing a change of clothes especially for younger children.
Can I extend my playtime if my child is having fun?
Yes, of course, you can extend your child’s play hourly after the 2-hour play slot.
Are there age restrictions for hourly play?

What happens if we arrive late for our scheduled time?
Is the playground supervised?
Is there a limit to the number of children per slot?
Yes, in order to avoid overcrowding and offer the highest level of service to our clients the capacity of our play zones is limited to 30 children per slot. So we encourage you to book your play in advance and be sure that your child will access the playground.
