General Information

We offer various birthday party packages tailored to different group sizes, budgets, and themes. Our packages typically include:

  • Access to the play area and playtime
  • 1 entertainer per 7 children, with a program customized for their age
  • Welcome sign for guests and cake table decoration
  • Food and drinks

For younger children, we strongly recommend that parents stay to supervise.

Our entertainment program lasts 2 hours and includes playtime in the park, fun age-appropriate games, snacks, and the cake moment. The cake can be served in our café area, outside the play area, allowing children to enjoy it at their own pace. This time is not included in the 2-hour program.

Bookings close one month before the event date to ensure we can offer those slots for play sessions. However, if you have a last-minute request, email us at info@puravidafunchal.pt, and we’ll do our best to find an available time for you!

Our packages vary:

Hot Wheels Track – 10 to 14 children
Soft Play in the Castle – 15 to 20 children
Ultimate Package (private event) – 21 to 40 children

The final number of participants must be confirmed 48 hours before the party. The charge will be based on the confirmed number, and we do not offer refunds for absences.

We focus on active and educational games, tailored to the children’s ages. Our philosophy encourages interaction through classic and fun activities, using natural materials and toys, while avoiding screen exposure.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the party.
Note: Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of how far in advance you book.

Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your party at least 14 days in advance with no penalty.

Yes! You can bring balloons and table decorations. However, we do not allow confetti, glitter, or adhesive tape on the walls.

Note: Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for the birthday cake.

Yes! You can bring your own cake, but we do not provide refrigeration or storage. Our team will assist with cutting and serving it to the children.
Yes! You can purchase pre-prepared goody bags from us or bring your own.
Yes! Please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to adjust the menu to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Safety & Cleaning

Yes! We follow strict cleaning protocols and regularly sanitize all play areas and high-touch surfaces.

Socks are mandatory for all children in the play area.
Shoes are not allowed, and barefoot play is not permitted.
Adults may wear plastic shoe covers.

Our team is trained in first aid and emergency response. Parents will be immediately notified if needed.
