How do I book an event?
Bookings can be made directly through our website. Just choose the event you’re interested in, select your date, and complete the payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is finalized.
Can parents join their children during the events?
It depends on the event. For some activities, parents need to participate alongside their children—for example, in the music classes for babies under 24 months. For events aimed at older children, parents don’t need to join in. However, they can relax at our café while watching their children have fun, or if they prefer, follow along via our CCTV cameras.
Are there age restrictions for the events?
Yes, each event is designed for a specific age range to ensure the activities are suitable for the children’s development. You’ll find the age information in each event’s description.
Can I book a private event for a group?
Absolutely! We host private events like birthday parties and school group visits. Check out the dedicated pages on our website or contact our reception to customize your experience.
Is the space cleaned between events?
Yes, we carry out a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the space after every event to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children.
What happens if we arrive late to an event?
We kindly ask that you arrive on time so your child can enjoy the full experience. If you arrive late, your child can still participate, but unfortunately, we won’t be able to extend the event beyond the scheduled time.
